STUDY OF THE PROJECT AND PRELIMINARY OFFER
The first meetings with the general contractor and the architecture firm are crucial to understanding the client’s needs and wants. ALTA offers a service tailored to meet the requirements of each project.

DEFINITION OF THE SCOPE OF WORK
After an overall vision of the project, ALTA proposes the best combinations of finishes and colours. Moodboards and highly realistic renders are the tools used to convey the dominant style of the spaces.

DETAILED QUOTE AND OFFER APPROVAL
The cost estimate to create the project is precise and detailed. ALTA’s added value is its ability to propose alternative solutions, with different materials and components in terms of quality and cost.

PREPARATION OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS
The ALTA technical department prepares detailed and accurate drawings. From technical site drawings (Civil Work) to drawings for coordinating the hydraulic and electrical installations. Particular attention is given to the requirements of the American Disability Act (ADA).

PROJECT CALENDAR
ALTA plans and divides the work phases between the different departments involved. Continuous communication with the architecture firm is a priority.

TECHNICAL DATA SHEETS AND INSTALLATION DOCUMENTATION
Following on-site surveys, the ALTA Design Department provides detailed graphs, installation drawings, product specifications and samples of finishes. These are submitted to the customer for approval.

PRODUCTION AND PROGRESS OF THE WORK
Advanced and automated production processes are supported by Italian craftsmanship and artistry. The result is a meticulously crafted, custom-made finished product.

LOGISTICS OF THE PROJECT
ALTA has developed an organised and advanced logistics process. From the supply of materials and accessories to the installation of the finished product, all the movements are carefully tracked and monitored.

ALTA fulfils the promise made in the initial phase. Installation is carried out with obsessive attention to detail. The completed projects faithfully reflect the rendered images.
