Whistleblowing reporting information

Alta S.r.l. (hereinafter also the “Company”) has equipped itself with the “Whistleblowing” system (hereinafter also “Reports”) provided for by Legislative Decree 24/2023 with which Italy has implemented the (EU) Directive 1937/2019 concerning the protection of people who report violations of Union law and containing provisions regarding the protection of people who report violations of national regulatory provisions”.

Legislative Decree 24/2023, in the wake of the European Directive, pursues the aim of strengthening the legal protection of people who report violations of national or European regulatory provisions, which harm the interests and/or integrity of the private entity membership (and also public), and of which they became aware in carrying out their work. Therefore, if a person becomes aware of administrative, accounting, civil or criminal offenses they can promptly report them in detail to the company’s (external) contact person. Reports to the Contact Person may be made, even anonymously as long as they are detailed, in the following ways:


  • By means of a paper report inserted in three closed envelopes: the first with the reporting person’s identification data together with a photocopy of the identification document; the second with the report, in order to separate the reporting person’s identification data from the report. Both must then be inserted into a third sealed envelope bearing the words “reserved” for the reporting manager on the outside (e.g. “reserved for the REPORTING MANAGER”). The report must be sent by registered mail with return receipt to the lawyer. Daniele Compagnone, Corso Italia 90/2, Gorizia. Following implementation of the communication, it will be subject to confidential registration, also through an independent register, by the manager.


  • by requesting a direct meeting, at the request of the Reporter, to the Contact Person to be sent to the email address;
  • by requesting a direct meeting, at the request of the Reporter, on the telephone line 0481 34653.

Please note that the reporting party must not use the institute for purely personal purposes, for claims or retaliation, which, if anything, fall within the more general discipline of the employment/collaboration relationship or of relationships with the hierarchical superior or with colleagues, for which must be referred to the procedures of competence of the company structures.

Reports linked to a personal interest of the reporting person, which relate exclusively to their individual working relationships, or inherent to their working relationships with hierarchically superior figures, are therefore excluded.
