PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The contact form on the website has the sole purpose of enabling visitors to the site to contact, should they so wish, the Data Controller, by sending them an e-mail via the aforesaid form. The purpose of the collection and processing of personal data is, in fact, exclusively that of being able to eventually re-contact the user through the references sent by the “Contact” form in order to deal with any requests made by the data subject.

CONSEQUENCES OF NON-DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

PLACE OF PROCESSING
Processing related to personal data collected by filling in the “Contact” forms takes place mainly at the Data Controller’s premises and is stored for a predetermined period of time on the service provider’s servers. The personal data collected will not be disclosed and/or communicated to third parties and will not be transferred to non-EU countries.
DATA CONTROLLERS
Insofar as they are competent, the following persons are appointed as external data processors (by way of non-exhaustive list):
- Professionals or service companies for the management and maintenance of the website working on behalf of the data controller.
MODE OF TREATMENT
Data are processed by automated and non-automated means, in accordance with the stated purposes and in compliance with confidentiality requirements and the most appropriate security measures.
We also inform you that, in accordance with Art. 5 of GDPR 679/2016, the personal data relating to you will be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently; collected for specified explicit and legitimate purposes and subsequently processed in a manner consistent with those purposes; adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed; accurate and, if necessary, updated; kept in a form that permits the identification of the data subjects; processed in a manner that ensures adequate security of the personal data, including protection, by appropriate technical and organisational measures, from unauthorised or unlawful processing and from accidental loss, destruction or damage.
DURATION OF DATA RETENTION
The data collected will be processed for the handling of the requests and will be kept for a limited period of time corresponding to the processing and handling of the requests, or until the data subject requests deletion.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Data subjects are granted the rights set out in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of the aforementioned EU Regulation, and in particular the right to access their personal data, to ask for their rectification, updating, deletion, restriction of processing, if incomplete, erroneous or collected in breach of the law, as well as the right to portability and to object to their processing for legitimate reasons, by addressing their requests to the data controller.
Data subjects are also granted the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
