The Tiffany Novena building, designed by the Apolo Group, is located in zone 14, one of the city’s most prestigious, elegant, up-to-date and practical areas, with immediate access to Avenida de las Américas and 5th Avenue, close to shopping centres, services and the best gastronomic entertainment. The structure, composed of two towers of 25 floors each, has large terraces that blend with the interior spaces and also houses swimming pools, large green areas, social and entertainment venues and services such as a solarium, Jacuzzi, sauna, spa, gym and yoga room.
The location
The project
For Tiffany Novena Alta, we first produced the kitchens and wardrobes for the mockups (based on the renderings designed by the studio), and then proceeded to develop, together with the Apolo team, the layouts for the kitchens and wardrobes for the entire building. In total, we will provide 80 kitchens and 80 walk-in closets; each of these furnishing elements will have a slightly different feel, depending on the type of flat in which it is placed. This is an ongoing project that will end between January and February 2020 with the completion of the supply. The building offers seven different types of flats with a sophisticated, essential and urban design: the penthouse of 1,180 m², the pentgarden of 750 to 1,000 m², the model A of 600 m², the model B of 340 m², the model C of 250 m², the model D of 210 m², and the model E of 170 m². The common thread is to create a living environment similar to a private villa, set, however, in the centre of the city; this is why there are 600 m² flats, which have nothing to envy from individual villas.
