The project

The Twenty 1 is a luxury residential building located in Manhattan’s elegant Chelsea district. It is the result of the redevelopment of an existing commercial building. The structure consists of six full-floor units and two duplex penthouses.

“To increase the sale value of the single units, it was important that ALTA could guarantee a 100% custom-made service, creating unique, modern and elegant pieces that would add even more value to the structure.”

Grade architecture + Interior design

“We asked ALTA to provide all the documentation relating to the company (employee insurance, compliance with US regulations) to make sure it could work as a contractor on this project.”

STUDY OF THE PROJECT AND PRELIMINARY OFFER

The building featured a façade with large windows, and the architecture firm wanted to recreate the same effect in the interior spaces. ALTA ensured harmony between the interior design and exterior structure.

02

DEFINITION OF THE SCOPE OF WORK

A moodboard and the creation of renders gave an in-depth picture of the distribution and management of space, and conveyed the overall style, finishes and materials chosen by the client. The high degree of realism anticipated the final result, for a project free from doubts and unexpected challenges.

03

DETAILED QUOTE AND OFFER APPROVAL

ALTA provided a cost estimate based on the initial requirements, which thoroughly detailed the cost items, supply and delivery specifications.
